The Radio Dept. is a Swedish band that has been one of the first ones in using the genre of dreampop. For those who like Kings of Convenience, that I will post soon, then The Radio Dept. is for you, which is, personally, the energetic face of the Kings.

I take the announcement of BBK Live to show you all M83, a wonderful group that most of you may know for songs like "Midnight city". However, the group is way better than this popular song.

I want to show you the second face of this group with the song "Wait". If you like them, you will be able to see them in Bilbao next summer.

Some days ago, I posted a Dutch band called Dotan. Here you can find another Dutch one that a friend of mine made me discover: Kensington.

Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros is another must in my blog. I bet many of you have whistled the melody of the song "Home", the most popular one of them.

Damien Rice, or in other words, DAMIEN RICE. He is an Irish singer with only three albums released, but enough to show who and how is he.

It is true that you can discover music wherever you are and whatever you are doing. This is how I discovered Vandaveer, taking part of the soundtrack of a serie.

The group came into me with the song I post today, "However Many Takes It Takes", and immediately I had the need of listening to more songs of them.

Joshua Radin is an american singer that most of you may recognize because of his appearance in some soundtracks of famous series, like Grey's Anatomy or Bones. He already has a long musical career, with six albums with him.

I'm From Barcelona, is a Swedish group (not from Barcelona as they say) that most of us know due to their great and melodic song called "We are From Barcelona". This year they came back with a new album, and I want to show you all a piece of it.

Balthazar

Sorry, these days I've been out, but I am here again.

No long time ago I discovered Balthazar, a Belgium band. They released a new album this year, the third of them. "Bunker" is in this last one. Enjoy!

Worklife

Worklife, such a mystery. We can only listen to one song on their Spotify, and they only have two on SoundCloud. So, nothing much to say about the american band.

Beirut

Today's artist is Beirut. The band was, in the beginning, a musical solo project led by the actual leader, Zach Condon which became into a band. They have already released 5 albums, with a new one published two months ago. That is why I want to show you all one piece of this new album, called "No No No".

We can observe that the band follows the same style and way of music as it has done in all the albums, keeping their particular sounds on the songs.

The song is called "Gibraltar", and we can find it, as I said, in the new album of the band.

The Vietnams

The Vietnams is another group I want to show you all. The band is from California with only one album released. In this case, the quality wins.

As you can notice in the song I post, called "Oh Miss Deceiver", they have a folk background, which is what I like the most about them.

Beach House

Some of you may know Beach House, as they have a long musical trajectory, with six albums released since 2006. The band is formed by Victoria and Alex, a duo born in Baltimore, United States.

Beach House, is in other words, and personally, the kings of dream pop. This year they have released two albums, "Depression Cherry" and "Thank Your Lucky Stars". So, I decided to post a song of one of the new albums, in this case the second one and the newest, published one month ago.

The song is called "Majorette".

I do not even know how I discovered Parks, an amazing Boston band with only 1500 followers on Facebook and with sounds that make them much bigger.

"Sweater Weather" is the first single that the band released. Just flow with its catchy melody and enjoy.

The second day of this blog I posted Gregory Alan Isakov, who I discovered at the same time as San Fermin, the band I post today. The band was formed by some students from Yale University and they decided to start this project.

"Methuselah" is my favorite song of them, so I hope you will enjoy it.

Ezra Vine

A few days ago, I discovered Ezra Vine, a british singer who has not released any album yet, but only an EP. So, we could say he is just in the beginning of his professional career as a singer.

"Celeste" is one of the four songs we can find in this EP, which has the same name as the song.

Kakkmaddafakka

Kakkmaddafakka is one of those artists that once you listen to them, you know certainly that they will come far. The band, from Norway, has released two albums, and they are about to release a new one as six days ago, they published a new song called "Galapagos", which will be included in it.

It is difficult to choose one song of them, as many of them are worthy of being in this post, but I decided to show you "Your Girl".

Mighty Oaks

It is time to introduce you Mighty Oaks, an alternative rock trio based in Berlin. The band, which started in 2010, is the fusion of different nationalities, as Italian, American and British.

Traveling make you discover a lot of bands and singers that you would never think you would listen to. This is the case of Dotan, a singer from the Netherlands.

"Let The River In" is one of the songs that take part of the album he has, called "7 Layers" and released this year. If you want to know more about him, I invite you to listen to "Home", that is, nowadays, the most famous one of him.

One year ago, I had the privilege of going to a SOAK concert in front of 20 people, when she was only 18 years old. I saw then that she would go really far.

Bridie Monds-Watson, the Irish girl we can find behind this artistic name, released her first album called "Before We Forgot How To Dream" this year.

"Sea Creatures", the song you can find below, is one of the 14 songs you can listen to in her album, as "Blud", "B a noBody" or "Reckless Behaviour".

Baio

Chris Baio started his professional career being member of Vampire Weekend. Two months ago he decided to release his own album, called "The Names".
